The Cranberry Health Project
The cranberry program is based on scientific studies and aims to reduce many lifestyle risks such as obesity, blood pressure, high cholesterol and elevated sugar levels.
The basic training takes five days on site, after which the participants continue the program at home for five weeks.
Changes in health status are monitored by taking blood tests at the beginning of the program and at the end. After that, there is an opportunity to come to a follow-up meeting.
