Let's learn together to make delicious whole-vegetarian food (www.kokaru.fi). Roots, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, legumes, fruits and berries make for tasty meals and delicacies. After eating, it's good to be and you can get more health and joy in your life. You won't get hungry with whole vegetable food because it is so high in fiber and you will lose weight if you need it. Usually, blood pressure, sugar levels and cholesterol levels also start to decrease if they have been elevated.
With these recipes, you can also impress your friends when you invite them over for dinner. In this course, you will learn practical skills worth their weight in gold and hear lectures about taking care of your health holistically.
There is always one lecture in the morning and the rest of the time is active learning to cook in the kitchen. Three times a day, the table is set in Korean and after meals there is guided exercise. Cooking is taught by Anna-Liisa Tarro (supervisor of a large household and leader of cooking courses). The lectures will be held by Outi Haggren (cardiologist, president of the Finnish Lifestyle Medicine Association and doctoral researcher) and Aki T. Pirskanen (master's in public health and doctoral researcher).

If the participant cancels the course after January 9, 2025, an office fee of €50 will be withheld.
